However, if you are not happy with the services, there’s no option to return the order as we are providing our professional services to our customers and not any product. Hence services can not be returned or exchanged. This rule apply to our International Orders also.
However, You may report your queries within 7 days of receipt of the our service/product by writing to us nakshatrajyotishak@gmail.com .
7- days Query Policy for Domestic orders only
In the unlikely event that any related query remained unresolved, customer can raise the new query within 7 days of providing online service to customer .
How to Initiate the QUERY Process?

Provide our invoice and write the cause for query on the invoice. Without the above, query may not be resolved .
NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the service.
Refund
There is no policy of refund for services provided to customers of Nakshatra Jyotish Anusandhan Kendra .
